Approximately 41% of the total roof area is occupied by the green roof, which is designed to increase the area of green spaces, increase the comfort of stay and control storm water. After the construction of all residential, office and hotel premises of the shopping center is completed, the green roof area will be about one hectare.
During the construction, attention is also paid to the cleanliness of indoor air, according to YIT. Numerous carbon dioxide sensors continuously measure air quality throughout the mall.
