On the shore of the harbor of Hietalahti, more than fifty polished metal balls of various sizes were placed. This work in the style of the environment called "State number 22" was created in 2000 by the conceptual artists Pasi Carela and Marco Vuokola. Some of the balls are located in the courtyards of nearby residential buildings and in business areas, for example, in the Salve restaurant.
